For our 24COMS solutions we only operate with known datacenters which are compliant with the strictest requirements regarding privacy and security. We could also install the 24COMS solution on-premise for you to secure the maximum level of security and compliancy.

Our data is standardly stored in Microsoft Data Centers in the EU. Microsoft Data Centers maintain state-of-the-art physical security, including 24x7x365 surveillance, extensive secure access policies and environmental protections.

Within 24COMS itself the data protection is guaranteed by strict company policies enforcing security beyond the expected levels of security.

The personal data which is used by the 24COMS solution is stored in a secure and encrypted manner in Microsoft Data Centers in Europe with several ISO certifications regarding information and privacy security. Data connections used by our applications are encrypted and pentest proof.

Our web-based control center, only available to our customers, uses a highly encrypted connection to connect to our backend platform.

In order to meet legal, customer and industry requirements, 24COMS is compliant with the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standard and GDPR agreement is a standard element of our agreements.

For you as user there are no limits to the number of users. That is what makes 24COMS great; it is fully scalable from zero to infinity and vice versa.

24COMS provides its customers with a rich suite of functionalities and services standardly embedded in the platform.

Nevertheless you might miss some functionalities or services in our platform as we don’t provide all of the services in our packages.

The 24COMS app is available for iPhone iOS release 9 and up, for Android release 4.3 and up. The 24COMS app is not available for Windows Phone and Blackberry.

The 24COMS app is currently only available for Apple and Android smartphones.

Notifications are required to be able to receive posts and chat messages. After installation, you can always change the notification settings in your smartphone to “silent”. Without allowing notifications, the 24COMS app will not work.

Your data will remain your data. 24COMS will not share this data with 3rd parties, most data is encrypted and cannot be viewed by 24COMS

Verify your internet connection by visiting a website. Check your app settings for allowing notifications. For Apple smartphones, please make sure the “refresh in background” option is allowed for 24COMS. If the problem is still there, remove and install the app again.

In the app login screen, a “password reset” option is available. A new password will be send to the email-address which you have provided during registration. In case the new password email has not been received, please check your spam folder. In case the email-address which has been provided during registration is not correct or not existing, the new password email cannot be send. If this is the case, please contact support@24coms.com.

Currently, sending movies with 24COMS is not supported. However sending links to movies is possible.

24COMS works with a WiFi internet connection. In order to be able to send and receive posts and chats without delays, WiFi signal should be available at all times.

The amount of data used by the 24COMS app depends on the usage.

Joining a group can be done by selecting the “+” icon and inserting a group code or scanning a group QR code. To enable scanning of a QR code, the use of the smartphone camera must be allowed for the 24COMS app.

This message is in rare cases visible on Android smartphones. To solve this problem, the cache of the 24COMS app needs to be cleaned from the smartphone.

The 24COMS app is available in English and Dutch language.

Contact the administrator of this group and explain that a certain user is sending you unwanted messages. The administrator can take actions to prevent this from happening again.

Go to the group you want to unsubscribe yourself from, and select the “Leave group” icon. After confirming that you want to leave this group, the unsubscribed group will be removed in the 24COMS app.

Verify if you are a member of the (correct) groups. In case you have joined inactive groups, less or no messages will be visible in the 24COMS app.

This can be caused by having only groups in your profile which don’t allow creating posts. Another reason could be that the administrator has removed the option for creating a post in one or more groups. Please contact the administrator for the groups in which you can’t create posts.

The new group is protected with a verification by the administrator. After approval by the administrator, you can see all content for this group.

The 24COMS app uses the notification services from Android and Apple. Especially for Apple it is common for their notification service to have delays, which sometimes causes chat messages to be received with noticeable delay.
